Many of our supporters and customers say that Collagen Facial Soap along with our exfoliate soap bars and Cold Press Soaps are Great for Daily Use. They hydrate the skin through various natural exfoliants, essential oils and Organic Shea Butter reintroduces moisture into the skin. These ingredients are anti-inflammatory and have analgesic qualities. In addition to this, shea butter contains triterpenes, which in recent studies have shown to reduce the healing time of minor wounds/abrasions/ and discoloration.

Our soaps last 2-4 weeks on average with daily use. The longevity differs between households based on a variety of factors — the amount of lather, the amount of body hair, the frequency of use, and the water type. If you're looking to extend the life of your soap, we recommend the following three methods:

• It's best to store your soap in a place that will allow it to dry out between uses — we recommend using a Soap Saver which can usually double the life of our bars
• After showering, give your bar a little shake before storing it away on the Soap Saver, removing any excess water droplets.
• Use a loofah or shower cloth to create your soap lather, rather than using the bar directly under constant running water. If you don't have a loofah you can try ordering one of our Luffa Pouches, a cheap alternative that lasts a very long time. A true Give Soper may find that this might be the best way to lather up.

The shelf life for our bars of soap is 24 months. While it could last up to 24 months, we recommend using it prior to that for maximum potency. We also recommend storing them in a dry, cool place while not in use.

While our bars are not formulated to be hypoallergenic, we've had many customers with sensitive skin such as Eczema and Psoriasis report positive results when using our soap! If you have sensitive skin, we recommend checking out any of our Goat Milk Soap Bars as they are known to be easier and soothing to skin.
